Enquiry Report under Section 21 of the Securities & Exchange Ordinance, 1969 relating to unresolved investors complaints against Eastern Capital Limited with respect to non-transfer of shares and non-payment of funds.

  The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan conducted an enquiry under Section 21 of the Securities & Exchange Ordinance, 1969 to enquire the matter relating to unresolved investors complaints against Eastern Capital Limited with respect to non-transfer of shares and non-payment of funds. The Enquiry Report is available at below mentioned web-link:
In this regard, the Commission has also filed a direct criminal complaint No. 314/2010 in the Session Court (Karachi South) before the IIIrd Addl. Session Judge – “SECP vs Eastern Capital Limited and Others”. The complaint has been registered and bailable arrest warrants in the sum of Rs. 500,000 per accused have been issued.
