CTTL REPORT
The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) conducted an enquiry under Section 21 of Securities & Exchange Ordinance, 1969 to enquire into and to investigate the dealings, business, or other transactions pertaining to trading in the shares of Callmate Telips Telecommunication Company Limited (CTTL) during the period from November 7, 2006 to December 8, 2006. In this regard, the Commission has also filed a direct criminal complaint No.580/2007 in the Session Court (Karachi South) before the IIIrd Addl. Session Judge - “SECP vs Muhammad Ajmal Ansari and Others”.

The complaint has been registered and bailable arrest warrants in the sum of Rs.100,000 per accused have been issued.

KAPCO REPORT

The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) conducted an enquiry under Section 21 of Securities & Exchange Ordinance, 1969 to enquire into and to investigate the dealings, business, or other transactions pertaining to trading in the shares of Kot Addu Power Company Limited (KAPCO) during the period from January 24, 2007 to May 25, 2007. In this regard, the Commission has also filed a direct criminal complaint No.479/2007 in the Session Court (Karachi South) before the IIIrd Addl. Session Judge - “SECP vs Muhammad Hussain Adhi and Others”. The complaint has been registered and bailable arrest warrants in the sum of Rs.100,000 per accused have been issued.
