Enquiry Report under Section 21 of the Securities & Exchange Ordinance, 1969 relating to unresolved investors complaints against M.K.A Securities (Private) Limited with respect to non-transfer of shares and non-payment of funds.

  M.K.A. Securities (Private) Limited: The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan conducted an enquiry under Section 21 of the Securities & Exchange Ordinance, 1969 to enquire the matter relating to unresolved investors complaints against M.K.A Securities (Private) Limited with respect to non-transfer of shares and non-payment of funds. In this regard, the Commission has also filed a direct criminal complaint No. 195 / 2011 in the Session Court (Karachi South) before the IIIrd Addl. Session Judge – “SECP vs M.K.A Securities (Private) Limited and Others”.

The complaint has been registered and bailable arrest warrants in the sum of Rs. 500,000 per accused have been issued.
