For new company owners two Sign Up options are available i.e. as Initial and Secondary user Sign up.

Secondary user accounts are for company officials other than the Administrator (Initial account holder). These accounts are made so that other authorized company officials can also interact/help out with Company compliance procedures, if required. An Administrator will approve Secondary users by using the “Manage Company Users” link on his/her Account Home page.
After submitting an account application to eServices, the Secondary user will receive an email from eServices Administrator at his/her provided email account. This email contains a “User Activation link”. The recipient has to click the hyperlink to active his/her account with eservices.
