PART X
COGNIZANCE AND PROSECUTION OF OFFENCES |

Cognizance of offences - Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 (Act No. V of 1898) no court other than the court of session shall have jurisdiction to try any offence under this Act. |

Conduct of prosecution - (1) No prosecution for any offence under this Act against any person shall be instituted except with the consent in writing of the Commission signed by any two Commissioners. |
(2)

Prosecution of any offence under this Act shall be conducted by any officer of the Commission authorized in writing by the Commission. |
