ISLAMABAD, April 2: In order to improve governance and risk management of Non-Banking Microfinance Companies (NBMFCs), the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has proposed amendments to the Non-Banking Finance Companies and Notified Entities Regulations, 2008.
