Services of Eligible Mediators Or Conciliators
Parties to the dispute may with mutual consent make an application to the Commission for referring the matter to the Panel of Mediators or Conciliators maintained by the Commission in terms of regulation 3 of the Companies (Mediation and Conciliation) Regulations, 2018.
