PSX Conducts Awareness Session for Unlisted Companies of Northern Region

20 February 2020:Pakistan Stock Exchange conducted an awareness session for unlisted companies of Northern region of Pakistan. The companies from industrial zones of Hayatabad Peshawar, Gadoon KPK, Kahuta Triangle and Rawalpindi/ Islamabad were represented mainly by their CEOs and senior management at the event. The PSX representatives briefed the companies’ management about IPOs and listing with emphasis on the benefits and processes involved thereof. The Honourable Commissioner of SECP and his team graced the occasion with their presence. The Commissioner who was the Chief Guest at the event communicated to the participants his views regarding listing and emphasised the need for companies to go public in their own best interest and that of the economy. Representative of Fauji Fertilizer Company Limited (FFC) and Chairman ISE REIT Management also graced the event as guests of honor.
