SECP Hosts Delegation from Pakistan Business Council

A delegation from the Pakistan Business Council (PBC), led by outgoing CEO Mr. Ehsan Malik and incoming CEO Mr. Javed Kureishi, met with SECP Chairman Mr. Akif Saeed and Executive Director Ms. Musarat Jabeen. Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to work together on reforms and address challenges facing the business environment. SECP appreciated PBC’s recommendations on ESG, corporate governance, and tax matters, assuring due consideration in policy deliberations. Chairman thanked Mr. Malik for his contributions and welcomed Mr. Kureishi, expressing hope for continued strong collaboration with PBC to support Pakistan’s business sector.
