Two-day SECP session on mutual funds concludes successfully

Day 1 featured insightful discussions on Infrastructure Funds, ESG Investing, and ETFs, with active participation from key stakeholders such as PSX and MUFAP. Day 2, opened by Commissioner SECP Muzaffar Ahmad Mirza, centered on the impressive growth of Shariah-compliant funds, innovations in digital AMCs and ETFs, and strategies to boost retail investor participation. Key themes included ESG investing, women’s financial inclusion, and digital transformation, aligning Pakistan’s mutual fund industry with global investment trends.
