ISLAMABAD – October 29: In line with its efforts to strengthen the capital market, the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has approved the Securities Exchanges (Licensing and Operations) Regulations, 2016. The regulations, which have been finalized after detailed stakeholder consultation have been made available at the SECP’s website.
