SECP Approves Prospectus for Offer for Sale/Initial Public Offering of Signature Residency REIT

Islamabad, January 02, 2026 — The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has approved the issuance, circulation, and publication of the Prospectus for the Offer for Sale and Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Signature Residency REIT (SRR). The offering comprises 8,250,000 units, representing 25% of the REIT’s total units.
