کمپنی کا خاتمہ وہ طریقہ کار   ہے جس کے تحت کمپنی تحلیل کی جاتی ہے (یعنی کمپنی  ختم کر دی جاتی ہے) ۔ اس طریق کار کے مطابق  کمپنی کے اثاثہ جات بیچ دئے جاتے ہیں، فروخت شدہ اثاثوں  یا امدادوں سے  قرض ادا کر دئے جاتے ہیں  اور اگر کوئی فالتو رقم بچ جائے تو  اراکین میں ان کی  کمپنی  میں حصہ دار ی کے تناسب سے تقسیم کر دی جاتی ہے۔ کمپنی کے خاتمہ کو کمپنی کی سیالیت بھی کہا جاتا ہے۔ خاتمہ  کا عمل عدالتی حکم جاری ہونے کے بعد شروع کیا جاتا ہے اور رضا کارارنہ خاتمہ کی صورت میں قرار داد برائے خاتمہ منظور کئے جانے کے بعد۔ خاتمے کا طریقہ کار مکمل ہو جانے کے بعد کمپنی تحلیل کر دی جاتی ہے۔ تحلیل کے بعد کمپنی کا وجود ختم ہو جاتا ہے۔ پس وہ  قانونی طریق کار جس کے تحت ایک تشکیل شدہ کمپنی کا وجود ختم کیا جائے کمپنی کاخاتمہ کہلاتا ہے۔
